Behind the words
About our guides
Who publishes Safe Space guides, where to find further reading, and how to ask a question or suggest a correction.
Our guides offer practical ideas for everyday planning, reflection, communication and time together. You choose what fits your situation.
Who publishes the guides
Safe Space Editorial is the publishing name used for this guide collection. Adarsh Dumrewal is the creator of Safe Space and the contact for questions or corrections. The editorial name is not a medical qualification.
Sources and further reading
Relevant wellbeing guides include links to public resources from organisations such as the NHS and the World Health Organization. These resources offer background and further reading. Linking to an organisation does not mean it has reviewed or endorsed Safe Space.
What a guide can help with
Use a guide to understand an everyday difficulty, try a small activity or find a useful question to take to someone who can help. Guides provide general information and reflection; personal health decisions belong with an appropriate professional.
Updates and corrections
Each guide shows its recorded update date. If something seems unclear or inaccurate, use the contact page and include the guide title and the part you want us to look at.
